The offer and sale of products on our website “www.maternatura.it” are governed by these Terms of Sale, applicable to every proposal, order, and order confirmation for product purchases. The Customer’s order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale.
TIMES AND PRICES
Purchase methods. Before placing the order, the customer is required to read the general terms. Placing the order implies automatic acceptance of these terms. The customer purchases the product, whose characteristics are illustrated online in the relevant product sheets, at the indicated price to which shipping costs are added as reported on the website. Before confirming the order, the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of multiple purchases, the cost of additional fees based on the selected payment method, and the shipping costs will be summarized. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of the order, containing all information on the purchased products, a detailed indication of the price, shipping costs, applicable taxes, payment methods, and information on the right of withdrawal. With the email confirmation, the purchase contract is deemed concluded and formalized. Maternatura.it reserves the right not to accept or process orders that are incomplete or lack essential information.
Delivery times and methods. Maternatura.it delivers the selected and ordered products to the Customer via BARTOLINI as specified in the previous article. Delivery times, as provided by Art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, are an average of 3 days and no more than 30 days from the day following the transmission of the order. The invoice will be included in the shipped package, using the data provided by the Customer during the registration process on the website. For this purpose, we recommend entering your Tax Code.
Product prices and details. All sales prices of the Products on the website are expressed in Euro and include VAT and any other taxes. Any promotions are valid only for the online store. The prices applied are those indicated on the website at the time of the Customer’s purchase order. The prices of the published products override and replace previous ones and are subject to actual product availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
PAYMENT METHODS, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Paypal: The customer can make the payment through the Paypal circuit, either using a personal Paypal account or opting not to register with the Paypal service. If payment is not made within 2 days from the order date, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Maternatura.it, the order will be canceled without notice. With the Paypal system, it is also possible to pay with Visa and MasterCard credit cards. No additional charges apply.
Visa and MasterCard credit cards: The customer can make payments using a credit card, and the amount will be charged only after the purchase is completed. No additional charges apply.
SHIPPING
The goods travel at the buyer’s risk and responsibility: Maternatura.it is therefore not responsible for any delays or damages resulting from the shipment. If the package arrives visibly damaged, please sign the receipt with a reservation; otherwise, no refund will be possible. In the event of package refusal, Maternatura.it may charge the customer the full shipping costs and the costs incurred for returning the package to the sender. The delivery times indicated by Maternatura.it refer to products in stock and are not binding, as they may be subject to change by Maternatura.it in case of actual need. Maternatura.it reserves the right to deliver products related to the same order in multiple shipments at no additional cost to the customer. Special delivery conditions and terms must be agreed in advance by email or phone between the Customer and Maternatura.it and accepted by both parties. Any special offers or promotions proposed by Maternatura.it are valid until their expiration or while the promotional products are available.
SHIPPING FEES
For shipments within Italy, Maternatura.it requires a contribution of € 4.90 including VAT for orders up to € 38.99. From € 39.00 and above, shipping is free. This promotion is valid only for purchases within Italy.
For shipments to Europe, the costs are € 14.99.
For non-EU shipments, costs are determined based on the destination country.
PRODUCT GUARANTEES
Maternatura.it guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported by the customer within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date, under penalty of forfeiture. The customer is entitled to the replacement of damaged products upon return, excluding the customer’s right to claim any further damages. Shipping costs for the replacement of products are the customer’s responsibility. Maternatura.it does not provide any additional warranties on the products beyond those provided by the individual manufacturers. Except in cases of fraud or gross negligence by Maternatura.it, the responsibility of Maternatura.it cannot exceed the price of the purchased products under dispute.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered products within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Maternatura Srl, VAT no. 03625760230, located at Via Dominutti 20, 37135 Verona, Italy, within the legal terms. The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for personalized or bulk products. The refund will be made as quickly as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Maternatura.it is informed of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Customer is required to return the Products to Maternatura.it within 30 (thirty) working days from exercising the right of withdrawal, using trackable shipping at the Customer’s expense.
To cancel an order or for any other requests and information, please write to us at the email address info@maternatura.it. Maternatura.it includes an invoice in the shipped package along with the purchased goods.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The General Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law, specifically Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 regarding distance contracts and Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of e-commerce. In case of disputes between Mater Natura Srl and each end user arising from the General Terms of Sale, the competent court is VERONA.
MODIFICATION AND UPDATING
The General Terms of Sale are modified from time to time, also considering any regulatory changes. The new General Terms of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.maternatura.it.
