Shipping policy

For shipping to Italy maternatura.it requires a contribution of € 5.90 including vat for orders up to 48.99 euros. From 49.00 euros and up, shipping costs are free. The promotion is valid only for purchases in Italy.

For shipments within Europe, costs are € 14.99.

For Extra-EU shipments, costs are to be determined by country.

Merchandise travels on behalf of and at the risk of the buyer:maternatura.itwill therefore not be responsible for any delays or damage resulting from transportation. In the event that the package arrives visibly damaged withdraw the package by signing with reserve, otherwise no refund will be possible.

In the event of a rejection of the package,maternatura.itmay require the customer to pay the full amount of shipping costs and the cost incurred in returning the package to the sender. The delivery terms indicated bymaternatura.itrefer to products in stock and are intended to be non-binding since the same can be changed bymaternatura.itIn case of actual needs.

Maternatura.it reserves the right to make delivery of products related to the same order in several deliveries without further charge to the customer. Special conditions and terms of delivery must be agreed in advance by email or telephone between the Customer andmaternatura.itand accepted by both parties.

Any special offers or promotions proposed bymaternatura.co.ukare valid until they expire or, until the products covered by the promotion are sold out.
